- Exclusions: The following items are excluded from free shipping:
- Bulky items such as very large bags, pop up goals, rebounders etc.
- Heavy training equipment (e.g., SKLZ Bat-A-Way).
- Any item or total order weighing over 4 kilograms.
Shipping Method: Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

For orders under $199 or for excluded items, standard shipping rates apply based on the weight and destination of the order.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days within Australia regardless of location. For Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro and Brisbane Metro orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Melbourne Metro one day shipping is available for $9.95 by selecting express at the checkout.
